Elizabeth Reaser (born Elizabeth Reaser) is an American actress that has been seen on television, films and plays. Elizabeth was born and raised in Michigan, US. At a very young age she aspired to be an actor. When she graduated at the age of 16, she studied acting at the Juilliard School. She graduated with a degree in fine arts. Following a highly successful guest appearance in The Sopranos series, she made her TV debut as a fully-fledged actor. In the following years, she was a part of numerous other TV shows which were equally popular, including The Jury and Hack. She made a huge career breakthrough after she was offered the part as Alice Alden in the series Saved in the year 2006. In the following years, she played pivotal roles on Greys Anatomy and The Good Wife. She appeared in films like Liberal Arts, One and Two and every installment in The Twilight Saga.

Since her early years, Jessica expressed interest in the television and film industries. The path she chose to pursue was with a modeling career. In Australia the casting director was looking for models to interviewed. She landed the role of "Kiki" in the film Lightning Point/Alien Surf Girls. Since then, she's played smaller roles in films like Peter Pan, Aquamarine and many other films. Roman Empire, a Netflix original show from the second season, starred her as Cleopatra. Also, she appeared in the famous Pirates of the Caribbean film: Dead Men Tell No Tales. Jessica was selected for the lead character in The Outpost, Talon. A tape with her acting was sent to the producers. They also received another tape of her doing MMA. They inquired if Jessica was able to fight with swords, and she was able to send them a clip of sword combat. Jessica was able to read the script before filming her first weapon lesson. Jonathan Glassner stated that they were amazed at Jessica's performance in her initial training session. The Outpost marked her first major part in the US since her prior films were filmed in Australia. The character is based on Jessica's passion of action, with her mix horses, martial arts, weapon skills, and athletic abilities enabling her to also do her stunts and thoroughly play the role of a strong woman. Jessica has learned to box, learn muay Thai and is a member of the gym for mixed martial arts in Australia. Jake Stormoen, filming Season 4 of the show was able to meet a puppy which was spotted on the set. The dog was later discovered to be a part of a litter of stray puppies, who had taken housing in the sets. Jessica was the foster mom to at least two of the pups.
